"This is the greatest company to work with if you're having issues with your solar panels in Arizona! I was sure I'd be looking at a huge bill to get my solar system working again, and I was ready to join one of those class actions because of solar panel failures and the bankruptcies of most installers. Instead, Brad diagnosed our system and reported the failed component was the INVERTER, which was backed up by a guarantee from Solar Edge, which is not in bankruptcy. (Titan Solar, the PANEL installer, is.) Brad ordered the replacement for us from Solar Edge, and Juan was out to install it yesterday. It worked immediately. Instead of a huge bill for a replacement part, I got a small bill for the labor to install it. (The Solar Edge warranty doesn't cover installation.) This company saved me from paying thousands to retain one of those class action law firms where the only winner in the end is the law firm. If I could rate this company higher than five stars, I would."

"After a quote request I placed with a couple of companies rated highly on Angies List, I got a call in the next day or so from Darwin, at Marshall Insulation. He scheduled himself to look at the Attic right away and after giving me a price quote I was happy with we scheduled service for the 12th. They were actually available to come out the next day but I couldn't be there that day. They came on time and got right to work sealing off the duct work and prepping the area for the insulation. I don't think they were there more 5 hours with the first half that time getting the attic ready. They pulled up in a 24 ft. truck and only had to run the hose down the drive way and into the garage. My access was inthe garage but if yours is in the house, you may want to ask about how they seal the opening to avoid dust, i'm sure they have a process for that, other wise there was little mess. The crew were curtious and once i got them access to attic they didn't need anything else from me. There was minimal mess and other than in the attic not much dust considering the process.They blew in enough insulation to cover my 1811 sq ft. house, bring it up to an R30 (10 inches of insulation was needed, but they exceeded that by a few inches throughout) or better rating. Cost was $931.09 tax included. I didn't have a chance to do alot of comparison shopping, but a general contractor had quoted me somewhere in the $1400 range. I would only make sense to me to use a company that basically only does insulation as they have the right equipment and staff to be more efficient. Next time, I would get several quotes from companies with a good rating and ask plenty of questions to make sure your getting the same service. I do not have any way to show a cost savings as I was doing this work as part of the sale contract on my house, but I'm sure the new owners are going to have a lower heating/cooling bill.

Not only was the installation and installers top notch but the follow up from Cole was unexpected and greatly appreciated. We do not live in Havasu full time but after a power outage in the area, our internet did not come back on line. Cole called us immediately, because he monitors the systems they install, and informed us about the outage. The modem needed to be unplugged & rebooted and we live in California. One of his techs went to the house and rebooted the system. Above & beyond! We also have solar on our CA home and get NO service from them, they don’t monitor the system and they let us know it is up to us to monitor it. "I called All Pro sunsreens to set up a time for an estimate. Carl (the owner) called back and came out to give us our estimate. We were just going to get the front and sides of our house done but when Carl told me the price it was so much cheaper than I thought it was going to cost. So we had him go ahead and do the entire house.We are so glad we did, what a HUGE differance it has made in the comfort and privacy.At first I was afraid to get the 90% UV protection because I thought it would be hard to see out the windows. I was totally surprised at how clear it is to see out. I can still see the beautiful Estrella mountains very clear! Also, it is nice to be able to have my blinds open when the sun is blaring outside and it isn't blaring into my house anymore. Carl came out at the time stated and completed the job in one day.My husband and I are total perfectionast's so after he left I noticed there were some gaps on the sides of the screens where the windows slide open. I called him and he promptly came back and fixed it. Seems that our windows are a bit out of kilter so they weren't laying flat against the wall. That's our builders fault. Bugs were coming in so I am happy Carl fixed it. Carl did a very professional job and we love how nice it looks and how much cooler it is in the house! I can't wait to see how much we'll save on our VERY high electric bill. We have the best looking house in the neighborhood! "They had a crew of two people to do the insulation. Their names were Enrique and Ronnie.. The owner, Brad LInzy iis an honest proprietor. He guarantees his products. He is very easy to work with and very accommodating. They arrived on time. They worked straight 5 hours without breaks. They were very professional. They were very clean. iThere were times that I forgot that they were there installing insulation because they were very quiet. They even wrapped with insulation my water heater without additional cost. The cost of our APS bill went down at least 40% I like the product and service very much that I had our rental property insulated too. Our renters were very happy cause now their electric bill went down dramatically plus the house is very comfortable. I also had them install the attic fans at our primary home and rental property. They are so good that I asked if they also install skylight. I did a research on skylight and their skylight is very good and excellent price compare to other vendors. I was only going to have them install a 10 or 11 " skylight for the kitchen but Brad recommended 18 which I am very happy that I listened to him! My kitchen is very bright now. I don't have to turn on the lights during the day. I had the skylight installed 9/2016. I called Brad last summer on an emergency basis because the a/c at our rental property stopped working. I called him at 9:00 in the morning and Brad, the owner and his staff was at the place within an hour repairing the a/c. What a great service!!!"

"RJ Kraemer showed up on the date they were scheduled and right on time. The company owner did the install. He was very professional and was very fast. It's been just over a year and a half since the two fans were installed and both fans are still working perfectly. I have a tile roof and the solar portion of the fan body sticks up slightly above the roof line, but due to the placement of the fans on our roof, neither fan is noticeable from the street or from most locations in our yard. He did a wonderful job of fan placement. We've had several rain storms since the fans were installed and we've had no problems with our roof leaking around the fan installation location. I plan on having this company return in the near future to install a solar tube for additional light in our dining room. The previous owner of our home had two such solar tubes installed (by RJ Kraemer) and they add a lot of additional light into our home. I was impressed with the install job this company did with the solar tubes that were already here and would not hesitate to have them install a third solar tube. As for the price, RJ Kraemer informs you as to the exact cost of your install and equipment, so when they finish the job, there are no surprises. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.
