"I'm stunned. Moved into a beautiful 20 year old house about 9 months ago, which everything was spectacular except for the tile grout appeared to never have been cleaned. The difference between the high traffic areas and the no traffic areas were literally black and white (off white). Chuck was able to not only make the tile look as good as new, but went the extra mile to seal it, which apparently may have not been done when it was put it. Had him only do the high traffic areas of the carpet, but will probably call him back to do the rest because it looks better than the no traffic area. All that being said, amazing job. "I have been a customer of Stanley Steemer for over 20 years for different properties. For our new residence I contacted them for carpet cleaning, the crew proposed tile cleaning and grout sealing we have had this service down at a previous residence and we very happy with the results. We proceeded with the work to clean the tile and seal the grout, this was a very large job as the main living area is only tile. The following day the movers delivered our household items, now that the boxes are unpacked, I am very disappointed to see how poorly the grout seal was done. There is excess sealer on many of our tiles, which is somewhat a challenge to remove. I feel that for the cost of this service and now I am continually cleaning up grout seal this this was done poorly."
