No job is to large or to small. We can handle everything from small repairs for home owners, all maintenance and repairs on rental units for landlords and some large residential projects. We are located in Jefferson Parish and Hammond, La. We do quality work for a reasonable price through communication and being attentive to all small and large projects. "I bought a maintenance policy for my heating and air conditioning system. I bought the gold plan. I pay $149 once a year and they come out twice a year to inspect and clean the heating and air conditioning system, which by itself pays for the $149. If I call before 10 am they guarantee they will be out that day. They give me preferential treatment because I am in the plan. They also do installations. They did an air conditioning installation for my daughter and when I found out what good people they were, I signed up. They call me to tell me when it is time to do the spring and fall cleanup. They clean and check everything to make sure that everything is working and is clean. They check the Freon level and make sure that everything is working efficiently. I've never had anything go wrong since I started using them. They immediately pick up when I call them. They are fantastic and they work on my schedule. They do their job so wonderfully that I don't even think about them."

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"A week project took three weeks. Three times people scheduled to come but didn't show up or call. Some work had to be redone. We had plenty of visits from supervisors. Ultimately the work was finished to our satisfaction."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
