Bob's painting was not the lowest price however; Bob (owner) presented very likable personality and professionalism when he provided me an estimate.  I'm very happy and satisfied using them.  My house looks like a newly build house with fresh stucco paint and front door.  My drive way is remarkably clean comparing with my neighbors'.  As a matter of fact, one of my neighbor just hired some handyman for power wash their driveway . . . . sorry, but my neighbor wasted money. . .

"Got the last-minute siding maintenance deal.
It was a while ago, but I remember that he rescheduled a couple of times, and then when he did come he was late and seemed irritated. He looked at the house and gave me an astronomical estimate to basically replace all the weatherboards. (I told him I knew they were in kindof rough shape, but I didn't need the whole house to be redone-- I just wanted to see if he could fix a couple of the bad ones.)  It felt like he was totally annoyed and condescending with me because my house wasn't perfect and because I live in a neighborhood that's a little rough. Seemed like he was not exactly used to being called out to an area like my 'hood.  We agreed that he could do some minimal work to at least get the value of the angie's list deal purchase. Weeks went by and nobody never called to follow up. 
Maybe he just had a bad day--everyone has one, and I understand that--but my experience was not a good one. 
I ended up calling Angie's list and they refunded my money for the deal.

"I hired them to put new roof on my rental property in uptown New Orleans and needed it completed within one month (by the end of July 2021). I was concerned it might not get done in time due to the non-relenting daily rainstorms, but we eventually caught a break from the rain and Wade got the job done in two day and came in on time and on budget. The roof looks great and the workmen did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I have also looked into having them replace all the old wiring in this old apartment duplex and the person they sent over to give me a quote seemed very knowledgeable on just how to get it done in just a few days and to consolidate electrical boxes and wire runs so that looks better after than it does now. "Installers were prompt and worked efficiently.  New installer needed a bit more professional training, since he asked if he could smoke an e-cigarette inside.  When I said "no", he was polite and smoked outside.  At least he asked.  Installers looked a bit "rough" but they wore company shirts and did a good job.  My only problem with this company was that their hours were inconvenient, although they made arrangements to be open when I requested.

"General Contractor and workers are trust worthy and very neat.  Daily tarps were laid and all traces were cleaned up at the end of the shift.  No extra costs.  Work was completed within the estimated timeline. 
I have done three major jobs with this contractor and have been very satisfied.  Capstone renovated a sun room and two bathrooms on previous projects and I will continue to use them for all home updates. 
In addition, they handled a home inspection for my daughter when she recently bought a new home.  Arrived promptly, did a thorough inspection//Charge $275."

"Benny and Acadian did a great job on two separate projects for us. First (early 2016), we had an old attached carport in our backyard that was no longer used as a carport. We wanted to convert it into a storage shed. He gave us a fair bid (we took 2 other bids, 1 was much higher than his and 1 was comparable). His workers were very considerate and professional when we met them. Benny was very responsive when I had questions. The project was fairly involved, because they needed to move some HVAC units out of the way, expand the size of the concrete foundation, frame the walls for the shed, wire the shed for electricity, replace the carport lighting fixture, install exterior lighting fixtures, and install and paint exterior siding to match the house. They did everything perfectly! Second (mid-2017), we hired them again a year later to replace the old railing on our front porch. We had a miscommunication with Bennie about what we wanted the replacement to look like. But Benny and his carpenter were very responsive when we realized that what his carpenter was constructing for was not what we wanted. They quickly changed course to build what we wanted and we really appreciated the quality work and professionalism. We are in the process of getting a bid from Acadian to do some more work for us!"

"I could not be more pleased at this point. Work began on schedule. Ray, the owner, monitors the project daily. His expertise in the knowledge of paints and their application to wood has been important to this project. The on-site manager, Chris, and his crew promptly arrive everyday at 7:00 a.m. and work until 6:00 or 6:30 p.m. Everyone works hard, is courteous, professional, and leaves the premises clean. During the sanding process, a bed and breakfast owner next door asked if they could begin after 8:30 a.m. so his guests could sleep. Chris and his crew were able to accommodate that request, beginning sanding at 9:00 a.m. Once the project is completed, I'll add another post."
