"Having sat through several sales pitches with other roofing companies it was refreshing to hear what Doug of BLC had to say. Rather than high-pressure sales tactics and phony discount offers, Doug provided us with an honest assessment of our roof's condition and options for repair and replacement. We ultimately decided to fully replace the roof and could not be more pleased with BLC's outstanding work. The project was completed on time and stayed on budget. Doug was on site and available to answer our questions at every step from start to finish. "We had an emergency roof leak that needed to be addressed on a Saturday morning. Brent responded to my request quickly, and came out on that same morning to make the necessary repairs. I also discussed with him another roofing concern while he was at our house and he quickly addressed that issue as well. He was professional and the price was very reasonable. I was expecting to be charged a premium price for an emergency weekend response, but that was not the case. My wife and I were very happy with the experience."
