He was prompt to come out and gave a very detailed estimate, breaking down materials and service. There was no doubt what was included in the quote. We have received dozens of compliments from our neighbors as well as the City Inspectors. The built the retaining wall and waterfall, did the grading and installed the complete drainage and irrigation systems.
