"It breaks my heart to write this. We have used Liberty Air for 10yrs for both our business and home air units. They have always been without issue. I called them out about 4 or 5 days ago and they said he didn't know why it wasn't working but he said there was water in the pan, so the drains maybe needed cleaned. Well, $500 later, it just isn't working. So I call them out again. The second guy catches it within a min literally of being there. He said both our units had hair clogged in both and they really needed done. Well that'll be an additional $900. I was extremely upset. I didn't have the first $500 more less an additional $900. The only thing they offered was not to charge the service fee to come out that second time. I am furious. We have been VERY loyal and we are honest people. I wasn't expecting free $900 worth of work, however to not even admit fault or offer any discount for the work they should've done and caught day 1 day one is unacceptable. I am a small business and when we are in the wrong we make it right. Do not trust these people."

"I would give these folks twenty stars if I could. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. It is priceless and I am forever grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend you call them for any clogging disruption you are experiencing in your home. You will be so happy you did."

"They had me on the schedule for June 27 and weren't able to get to me. When they finally came June 28, they fixed the 6 lights before they left but within a week, 2 lights stopped functioning. They sent my bill to the wrong email address so I hadn't paid it. They called me demanding i pay, bullying me and rudely badgering me into giving my card number. They said it wasn't their fault, they had used my bulbs instead of theirs, and gave me $10 off my bill. They said I'd have to pay for another service call. I won't use Fraser Electric again!"

On our way out for dinner for Valentine's day at 5 pm and no water pressure so called Gainesville Pump hoping I would catch someone before they left for the day and my call was answered with the wonderful response that someone would be out to evaluate the issue. Dillon showed up within the hour and quickly evaluated the problem and even in the dark was pulling the well pump and replacing the pipe and pump so we wouldn't be without water, he was extremely knowledgeable and even kept our 1 yr old energetic puppy happy while he resolved the water problem. "If I could give Perry’s 10 stars I would! They are the best business I have encountered in decades! 1. A human being answers the phone, no annoying phone trees or “leave a message and we’ll get back with you.” 2. The person answering the phone actually knew something about the business and after listening to my issues gave me some possibilities about the problem with a ball park estimate for repair. I did not expect them to be able to diagnose it over the phone but at least I had an idea of the seriousness and cost of the repair. He could not give me an appointment but said the owner would call me. 3. The owner called me within ten minutes; he set up a time for the following day. No playing phone tag. They seemed to realize my time is just as valuable as theirs. 4. The repairman called me the next day within the window of the appointment time to tell me he was on his way. He called me back with the estimate. All of the parts were on the truck; he made the repairs that same day. 5. The owner called me, told me what the fee was and took my CC info over the phone because he wanted to ensure my security versus other methods of payments. I felt they were honest and their fees reasonable. For the first time in a very long time I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. And they did the repairs on a Saturday! This is how a business should run! I am so tired of the mentality of most businesses where they seem to say to me “yeah, we’ll take your hard earned money, we are going to treat you like crap and feed you a lot of excuses and BS and our job may or may not work.” Perry’s is a godsend. I will exclusively use them for all my well needs in the future – and if they do other types of work I will use them and if they can’t do the work, I will use them for a reference. Superb business!!"
