"They were able to be scheduled quickly for an oven repair around Thanksgiving"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"The service man was prompt and courteous. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He advised it would cost more to fix the washer than it would to buy a new one so I didn't have it repaired. I appreciated his honesty. I will defintely recommend to a friend."

"I had a Bosch oven that needed repair. I had challenges finding a company that was knowledgeable of the brand. Josh was not only professional but very knowledgable. I will definitely recommend them to my friends."

"Kept me well informed of the repair process. What they told me at various points turned out to be accurate."

"I called this company yesterday and they came today and repaired my refrigerator in record time. Rafael's work was great. Congratulations! We need people like this in our country."

"Big thanks to Eugenii for fixing my stove! He showed up fast, quickly figured out what was wrong, and explained everything clearly. Really appreciate the great service!"

"Excellent! Easy to reach (I called them right away) They were able to come out the next day and Vick arrived within the allotted time slot. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and skilled. He explained the problems thoroughly and was able to quote based on the 'blue book of appliance repair prices' (Who knew it existed), so I knew it was fair and above board. He also showed me how the equipment was failing so I could see it was not a hoax! I would trust this company explicitly and definitely hire them again for my appliance repair needs!"

"Edwin was very professional once I secured his services. He sent me an invoice right away. Great communication, he was on time. Did an excellent job. I will be contacting them in six months for another service. I wanna make sure my Dryer Vent is cleaned every six months."
