"I had a leaky gas shut- off valve on the gas line to my fireplace . After getting a few estimates, where people were asking $90 for coming over and giving an estimate, I was fortunate to find Facilities Plumbing and talked to Robert, who agreed to come over and provide a free estimate. He arrived at the appointed time and put on shoe covers before entering the house. Since the valve is located behind the drywall, he explained that he would have to cut the drywall in order to access and look at the valve. He gave an estimate for this part. After cutting open the drywall, he tested the valve for the leak and showed me the leak. This valve is situated such that it would have taken a whole day to replace it and would have involved cutting more drywall and 4x2s. Robert suggested that he can try to fix the valve to which I gladly agreed. He did, and fixed the valve and made sure there was no more leak. The whole job took a little over an hour and I ended up saving lot of money and headache. In addition, the job is guaranteed for 4 years which is way more than industry average. I am so glad I found Facilities Plumbing. I would hire them for all my future plumbing work. Robert is very friendly, pleasant and competent plumber. I wholeheartedly recommend him."

"We've had an issue going on for about 7 years now. Turns out that a root had lodged itself in our main sewer line and with our older pipes it wasn't allowing any snake I could buy to get the blockage clear. A call to Jay and his crew at Precise plumbing and within 2 days we had our concrete dug up, the pipe and issue located and replaced. That's not the end of the story however. Our grade of our sewer line didn't allow for the line to completely clear itself and later that day we had more water in pipe. A call to Jay and his guys were back to our house for a whole new issue and by the days end the sump pump we needed to help the water go to the main sewer line to our street was installed. We now can take showers, run sinks, do laundry without having to check our pipes after each use. The price was more than competitive and Jay was very responsive and also let me know when his team was on the way each visit to the house. Highly recommend."

"I highly recommend the company (Costello's Plumbing) as well as the employee who helped us (Miguel). My wife spoke with Mr. Costello this morning, and booked an appointment for Miguel (one of his workers) to come over and look at the situation / prepare an estimate. He did so (arriving iwihin the appointment window), gave us a good quote, and indicated the two parts that needed replacement (the garbage disposal unit and the cold water dual shut-off valve. He indicated that we could purchase those parts through the company, or if I had the parts onhand, he could just install them (saving money). Fortunately, The Home Depot nearby was open, and I was able to get the two pieces fairly quickly. Miguel then: * installed the garbage disposal (and took care of getting rid of the old one), * connected the replacement shut-off valve, * replaced the faucet itself, and made sure that none of it leaked.
