"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"I don't know enough to compare (dollarwise) the tankless water heater I purchased to others in the market. I can say it's an impressive piece of equipment and is providing my desired level of service. I now have hot water throughout my home in seconds! AND, Dave impressed me immediately as a sound, honest, energetic business man and technician. In no time he and Carl were at my house doing the work I desperately needed. It was dark when they finished but they lived up to their word in fixing my hot water problem "today"!"

"Robert was an amazing plumber to work with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest. All traits that are hard to come by in this profession. Ever since I found his business, Iâ ve never even bothered to look elsewhere. He never tries to upsell you, gives you options and always cleans up meticulously. Iâ ve recommended him to all my friends and family and they were all happy with his services. So far heâ s fixed my clogged sink, installed and repaired my garbage disposal, came immediately when my storm drain busted, and gave me quotes and advice on a tankless water heater. Hopefully I wonâ t need his services any time soon though!"

"The cost to replace three natural gas wall heater was slightly less than Gree mini-splits heater cooler. The installers were courteous and professional. Delayed several days as the equipment haven’t arrived yet. Job cost as agreed, but took half day longer due to the complexity of installation. Results are excellent. The mini-split units works as specified. Will use Albert Nahman heating plumbing again in the future."

"We are incredibly grateful to Pedro Galvan and his team for stepping in during a moment of urgent need. When our hot water system suddenly failed, leaving us without hot water for daily essentials, Pedro responded with a level of professionalism, clarity, and compassion that is truly rare. From the very first call, Pedro was attentive, transparent about pricing, and committed to solving the problem quickly. He provided us with the most cost-effective and honest quote out of several we obtained—and, even more importantly, was able to come almost immediately when others could not. His workmanship was precise, efficient, and tidy. It was clear we were in the hands of someone who genuinely takes pride in his craft. In a world where so many service professionals overpromise and underdeliver, Pedro Galvan delivers exactly what he promises—and does so with warmth, integrity, and a deep respect for his clients. We recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing plumbing services."

"Within hours of my phone call my heater was fixed. Amazing. The tech was kind and friendly and explained how my heater works. Adding ABC to my phone contacts!"

"had them replace my water heater with a tankless. Price was fair . Even made sure everything was running great the next day"

"Showed up on time and quickly repaired issue"

"Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!"

"I have no complaints about the plumber; in fact, I would hire Chris again. On this job, he repaired a loose kitchen faucet--as I requested. However, my problem is with the company receptionist who "confirmed with her boss" that the plumber also would do the recaulking around my kitchen sink. However, upon arrival Chris assured me that he is not a "good" caulker, and the task is not something he expected to do. I thanked him for his honesty, and asked that he complete the repair of the faucet, which he did respectfully. He was quite knowledgeable and explained the problem quite clearly to me."
