"It was a preemptive treatment because one of the owners came down and did like a little inspection of my whole place. So he recommended a simple preemptive treatment because there were issues of termites; subterranean termites and boring beetles. The termite problem had actually come up to my fire access door so they applied the treatment downstairs and he had to remove mt fire access door and frame. While they were doing that, they discovered that the problem had actually spread to some parts of the exterior wall so they also helped me with that. They replaced some of the wooden beams in my wall and the flooring also. I'm glad that they found the problem and we fixed it. I liked what he did for me and he did a great job. Based on what I heard from neighbors and friends, their quote was very reasonable. They are not cheap but they are not expensive."

"An unanticipated extra expense, but they removed all attic insulation and pumped in new insulation with 3X the protection. Closed up all possible entrances into house; made three trips. So far, no signs of these pests, but they say call anytime if I see signs. I'm moving and I can't -- with good conscience -- sell this house to others knowing it had rodents, although it didn't seem to bother the people I bought the house from."

"Our crawl spaces are very expansive. It took a day for the workmen to clean the areas, remove the insulation, pour the concrete, and set-out traps to make sure that there wasn't any new animal activity in our crawl space. A week later, the workmen came to check the traps and then install new wall and ceiling insulation. The workmen were punctual, diligent, courteous, and tidy. It's great to finally have the area cleaned-up and knowing that we'll have minimal, if any, future animal and rodent activity.
