"<p>They had great pricing when I called them. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00pm. I explained to the lady on the phone I didn't get off work until 4:00 and had to pick up my daughter. I made special arrangements with work to be home when they arrived. I received a phone call from the repairman stating he couldn't be there at 4 he had to come earlier because he had to be 45 minutes away by 5. When I explained my work situation, he said he could leave me an invoice if he could do the repair earlier. Since I had another contractor working in my home, I told him it would be ok. I just wanted a phone call to let me know what was wrong and if he could fix it.</p> <p>Long story short, he was able to fix the dishwasher and called me to explain what was wrong with it and what I needed to do after he left to make sure it didn't happen again. </p> <p>Overall, it was a great experience.
