"I called the 800 number and they were able to schedule me for a date and time that was convenient to me. I was scheduled for 1-4, and they showed up promptly at 1:00. Not only was the truck emblazoned with the company logo, the men identified themselves and presented their paper work as identification. Upon entering the house they took care to cover their shoes. The cleaned the entire house (11 areas) in about an hours, which included applying their deodorizing treatment.  As I have 2 cats, who do mark the carpets, I was very pleased with the results, which eliminated all of the odors in the carpeting.  In addition, not only did the carpets smell clean, they were obviously clean, especially as I have light color carpets.  In addition, the nap was brought back up, which make the pattern more visible again. Throughout the cleaning, the men took care with my furniture and belongings. <br /> An outstanding job by an excellent provider. <br />"

"Mark (Beaty & Sons) was recommended by a friend. In calling Mark = told him it was a rental that had cats and that their were several stains as well.  Mark said he would like to stop by first to see how bad the smell and stains were. Mark stopped by the same day (as we were working at the rental property cleaning it up). He went through every room and then told me what he would charge for the whole house and we set a date/time for him to come and clean the carpets.  Mark was on time @ 7:30 am - and he worked very hard to get the stains out (even took a special machine to the largest carpet - as it was a very tight weave - to help lift the dirt out of the nap of the carpet). The carpets haven't looked that good for quite a long time and we had had other carpet services in the same rental before.  None of the other carpet cleaning services we had in the past -- came close to the great job that Mark did for us. We are now planning to have him come to our residence to clean our carpet - that has seen some wear from grandkids! Would highly recommend Mark (Beaty & Sons) to clean your carpets. <br />"

"I don't remember how much I spent but I spent more than I wanted to. There were spots on my carpet that kept coming back no matter how I cleaned it and Stanley Steemer sold me some cleaner that didn't have soap in it. They told me when I use soap to clean the carpet, the soap acts like a magnet and the stains come right back and they are right because I have been using it. I have a cat and every once in a while he throws up a hairball and it stains the carpet. When I clean the carpet using the cleaner they gave me, the stain is gone so I have been happy with that. They were nice guys. They were very efficient and took their time. I was happy with them and I would probably call them again. They also talked me into buying a door mat. I always had trouble with mine blowing away because it's very windy here. The mat I got from Stanley Steemer stays down and stayed nice all winter so I am happy with it too."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
