"I hired Valley roofing to install gutters rain gutters. I had a problem with the gutters they sent somebody out. He did some adjustments and said if I had any further problems they?d redo that side of the house. I call again because I?m still having a rainfall when I open my back door second person comes out says they?ll take care of it and they?ll call me tomorrow well while I?m taking a nap I only sleep four hours at a night. Another technician shows up without calling says he?s here to do the repair. I went back to take my nap and he did nothing. He drove 30 minutes out to my house and did nothing he didn?t call he didn?t text he just left. This is the third guy that came out tolook at it and it was supposed to.have an extension and he decided he didn?t see a problem so he just left and didn?t do the job. I called the office. How about we send a fourth guy out to look at it. I will never do business with this company again talk about jerked around just take care of business"

Since then, I have hired them to do roof replacements on at least four rental properties and they have done other roof repairs, revisions, or cleanings on at least four others. "DO NOT go with this company if you don?t want to be SCAMMED! We unfortunately made the mistake of hiring Alamo Roofing for a small job. We had issue after issue that never stopped and was never resolved. It started with a lack of communication. After the quote and deposit was issued to Alamo, the sales rep reached out advising the workers would be out ?tomorrow? to fix the roof because of the weather. About 2 hours later, the techs showed up at our house to fix the roof during a blizzard. We suggested they come back the next day for their safety and the quality of the job. The tech said he ?had 26 years of experience, don?t worry!? Instead of waiting to ensure the job could be completed appropriately due to the weather, the tech proceeded to ?fix? the roof. This was done by drilling the piece of metal flashing ON TOP of the roof shingles instead of where it belonged, between the shingles and the roof. creating new penetration points on the roof. Do NOT go with Alamo."
