"Mr. King did a soft-wash of my dad's vinyl-sided house. The siding was extremely dirty and had black mold spots and green gunk everywhere. He did an amazing job. The siding is around 35 years old and now looks great. It still has a little dirty look to it but I believe that is due to the age of the siding. They were totally against pressure washing the house because of the vinyl and I am glad that I listened. He even hit all of the very had to reach places and I am very pleased with his work. His work ethics are obviously exceptional which is a factor hard to find in most contractors. I will always hire him for all of my future jobs. Well done!"
