About 10 or 15 minutes of checking out the washer and telling me it must be the electronic board and there was nothing they could do for me unless I wanted to shell out mega bucks for a new board. I was then told it would cost $99.00. The tech was very nice and explained what he was doing and it was obvious to me he felt very bad when he told me their minimum call price was 99 dollars. I have no issue with paying for them to come look, but you would think they would have a sliding fee scale for 15 minutes.
