"We hired Rabi and his crew, Rick and Jamie to refinish our oak hardwood floors . Rabi came by first to give us an estimate. He arrived at the time we had agreed upon and was very thorough, helpful, and professional. Rick and Jamie arrived early Thursday morning to begin the project. They were here exactly when they said they would be and worked professionally and efficiently through that day. They arrived early Friday to continue the refinishing, and actually finished our floors Friday evening. Everyone was very personable and polite and made this project feel far less intrusive than it could have been. They explained each step of the process and seemed very knowledgeable. Our floors turned out beautiful. We would definitely hire Mid Valley Wood Floors in the future should the need arise."

His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood.
