"I had peeling paint on all the trim and facia, and the wooden front porch was collapsing. Alma and Tony were very nice and gave me a good detailed estimate. They spent a lot of time going over everything that needed to be done. They started the work right away. After building the lovely front deck, they worked very hard to get all the painting done before the next pouring rain. I am very very happy with the change to my house. It looks SO good. They get all possible stars. "

"I do NOT recommend "Home Pros Construction." The main problem was poor communication. It took a little over 2 months to complete the project once I signed the contract and paid the deposit. During this time, I spoke to their staff on multiple occasions. I was frequently given conflicting information. Compounding the communication problem, "Home Pros" sub-contracts their jobs-- so a 2nd company delivered the materials and a 3rd sent the work crew. When questions or issues came up, no one on site knew anything. So I had to contact the main office in Eugene. From the beginning, I requested the use of tarps to help contain the mess. My concerns were dismissed. And the crew waited until after dark to do any clean up-- so, naturally, they missed some. The morning after the roof was completed, I found a dozen old nails in my parking spot alone. I'll be much more careful who I hire in the future."
