"The overall experience was fair. His name was Tom Kleinke and I think that they had a good product. The service was a little odd because odd things came up. The oddest thing was that, after the work was done, he claimed that the bid was not the actual invoice and that he wanted $82 more for the work that he bid for.  He erroneously claimed that he put it 23 feet more. He did not measure the gutters prior to the installation and I think that he did that on purpose so that he could claim that it was 23 feet more. He just took past gutter bid measurements. He hasn't come back to go over the gutter length measurements with my husband yet. He is now going to charge us for 23 feet more than what the original bid was and that is incorrect. I was unhappy with that and thought that was a little shady of him. I paid him according to his bid and he called us back with an invoice that says we owe for another 23 feet. The cost of the gutters for 100 running feet was $372.30 and he claimed that we owe him $462 for the work. We have called him on a weekly basis to come to the house and go over the length of the gutters with my husband but he has not done that yet. He didn't really follow the plan and started putting in the gutters before my husband could get here. He had to leave suddenly with his main guy and the worker that he left behind did not really have proper instructions on what needed to be done, and so we had to go over that with him. I thought that the price was right but I felt that he was trying to take advantage of us and that he didn't go according to pre-set plans. The work ended okay and is fine but it was an unpleasant experience. I may use them again but I would have to watch them closely."
