He explained the cost of having one of his guys coming out to give the counter a deep cleaning and then mentioned that I could in fact do it on my own if I bought the same products they were going to use. I really appreciated that since we have quite small countertops & it wasn't worth the cost of a crew coming out to clean them (over $200). We bought cleaners & a sealer from him & didn't have to pay the call-out fee since we bought products from the company."
