"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

He agreed to do the work in two weeks, and said he would call to confirm. he never called or showed. I called back the following week, and again he scheduled a day to come out. He never called or showed. I had to request refund today because it has been 30 days since I purchased it."

"Andre is a terric handyman and carpenter. He is professional, diligent, timely, and pays attention to detail. He has done several projects for us including building shelving units in a work shed, repairing a leaking shower, fixing huge holes in our ceiling and patching cracks to make the drywall seamless and brand new looking. He has rebuilt built-ins around a fireplace and cut granite to fit the shelving. He can do pretty much anything you ask him to. "Once he finally got in touch with me after numerous attempts to touch bases with him - he was fine . Nothing extra - windows were left really dirty but the siding had a lot less mold and mildew."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
