I called Jim the Plumber and his price seemed reasonable. He replaced the water heater and some pipes. My tenent said he was on time and friendly and even brought dog treats for their dog."

One goof by an apprentice was fixed quickly, before the team finished the installation. Both the furnace and the gas heater in the garage are working well. They have us scheduled for the A/C finishing as soon as temps warm up."
