"My front and side windows were very drafty as the wind comes from the southwest and blows down the soffits. My wife wanted to replace the windows which would have been very expensive. When USA Insulation installed the additional insulation to the entire first floor of my 1-1/2 story house, we noticed a big difference in the first 3 days. The house is much quieter from outside noise, there is no drafts in the window frames, and the furnace isn't kicking on every half hour. We have a pellet stove insert in the living room and haven't had to light it in the past week and the outside temperatures have been in the mid-thirties. I'm saving money on propane and pellet fuel. The crew that installed the insulation came to my house on time. They were very courteous and polite. They did a full house walk-through inspection and explained every thing they needed to do. They worked together as a team and finished the job in less time than I expected. They cleaned up before they left and you'd never guess what was done. I don't normally do reviews or surveys but I had to comment on this. I highly recommend USA Insulation and have already told my friends and family about this excellent work."

"They did a whole rebuild in one day , I had 4to 7ft of blow foam On each wall and ceiling of my attic they tore it out and put a whole New roof plus ventilation in a day! I was so impressed they were kind they even patched where my roof was leaking since my apt was a week or so out. I worked with Micheal Benaquist who was absolutely phenomenal. "First class operation all the way. Miles and Caleb were polite, personable and prompt. They had a very hard time disassembling the old boiler but were persistent and ultimately successful. They then made sure the new boiler was installed and working, even though that made for a very long day on their part. We are completely satisfied with the new boiler and their performance getting rid of the old one and installing the new one. We now have heat which is very welcome!"

"I had to call Craig Thomas Pest Control 4 times and each time I called I spoke to a different person.  It seems I was reaching a call center each time.  This was a problem because I needed to cancel the appointment I had made with them.  When I called to do so I ended up speaking to a different individual than the one that scheduled my appointment.  To avoid any miscommunication I called Craig Thomas twice to make sure the appointment was cancelled.  I then made an appointment with another local provider who had very good Angie's list reviews.  The problem was Craig Thomas Pest Control's scheduling department is very disorganized.  They failed to cancel the appointment and a technician arrived at my house anyway.  This was awkward because I had scheduled another local provider for the same time.  Unfortunately the Craig Thomas technician arrived before my preferred provider arrived without giving me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way for an appointment that didn't really exist! The other local provider being a fair and professional individual offered to come in and use his digital heat sensor device to locate the bee hive in the wall of our bedroom.  He did this free of charge and thank goodness he did because the Craig Thomas technician's method of investigation was to put his ear up against the wall and listen.  The Craig Thomas ear against the wall method unfortunately was ineffective at locating the beehive.  If the other local provider had not been there I don't know how this appointment would have turned out...not very good I'm guessing.  The technician from Craig Thomas was respectful and professional and after the other local provider located the beehive the Craig Thomas technician did complete the chemical application.  I don't blame the Craig Thomas technician because he was just doing his job in the way that he was trained or instructed to so by Craig Thomas.  But I would not use Craig Thomas again in the future.  I will instead use that other local provider with the digital heat sensor device and easy scheduling.
