"He was very professional and he was always on time. After each and every work day the job area was always left clean and safe due to me being pregnant at the time he made sure that if I were to be in the area it was a safe environment to avoid any potential accidents. He was very open to communication and to answer any questions or suggestions that I had."

"Anthony and his team did an amazing job! They removed walls and raised ceilings, they removed and replaced flooring and removed and installed a new kitchen. They communicated well throughout the entire project and were very professional. The workers were courteous and easy to work with. They did a great job and we would highly recommend Anthony and Pro Tech Construction for future projects!"

"We had our original, 31 year old cheap, fiberglass one piece shower replaced by Statewide. All the men that we worked with on this project were all very friendly, yet professional. The worker that installed our beautiful, light gray shower with modern brushed chrome hardware was excellent in his work. He laid down huge cloth walkways so he wouldn't track through the house. He was very careful and cleaned up everything each day. We are very pleased with the new shower and feel it is a real upgrade which will help when we sell the house. "

"Completely on time! Exactly what I asked for. Listened to my ideas and offered suggestions for improvement or cost efficiency. I have used Lee's Remodeling for small & major projects and have always been more than satisfied. Their staff (every one of them) are great to work with. I have referred them to several others who have been as happy with their work as I have been! Highly recommend!!"

"They got the job done right and clean. The price was way more than what it should?ve cost. Cost me an arm and a leg. They stay on you like leeches, you?ll have multiple sales men coming to your house. Crazy operation. "

"Our home is 40 years old. L & S Construction has completed several projects for us to make our home more safe, efficient, and comfortable. We are very pleased with the professional results. They leave the property clean. Their knowledge and expertise help us problem solve and give us a home that better suits our needs. For lack of space here, I have condensed the various projects into a list with minimum description: 1) tore down and removed all the debris of an out building; 2) removed rotting and fallen wood fence and replaced with new wood fence, including stain to preserve it; 3) repaired, replaced, and added rain gutters as needed; 4) removed yard litter; 5) installed a new mailbox and post; 6) remodeled garage area to move workspace from an outside building;; 7) organized that outside building for efficient storage; and 8) remodeled inside our home to provide closets for a waterless water heater, soft water, system water filter, and system humidifier."

FAQs for bathroom remodel projects in Albuquerque, NM

You can buy a replacement vanity by selecting a pre-made unit with an integrated sink from a local home improvement supplier. Pre-made vanities are designed for easy installation and compatibility with your existing plumbing. If a ready-made option doesn't meet your needs, consider hiring a custom builder to create a vanity that fits your space and style.

You can purchase a bathroom vanity from major home improvement retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s or online stores like Wayfair, which offer a variety of pre-made vanities. Visiting local showrooms and bathroom supply stores can also provide professional advice and help you choose the right vanity for your space.

Installing your bathroom vanity flush against the wall enhances stability and prevents shifting. This placement also eliminates hard-to-clean gaps and keeps your vanity securely in place. Building codes often require a minimum clearance of four inches from bathtubs and at least 21 inches of free space in front of the sink for accessibility and safety.

You can upgrade a single vanity to a double vanity by installing additional cabinets, a second sink, and matching fixtures. This process requires additional plumbing adjustments, countertop modifications, and careful alignment to ensure both sinks function correctly. Upgrading to a double vanity enhances bathroom functionality and offers more space, which is especially beneficial for shared bathrooms.

The best vanity top material depends on your budget, style preferences, and maintenance willingness. Materials like quartz or solid surfaces are excellent choices for durability and low maintenance. If you're on a tighter budget, laminate is affordable but less durable. Consider how much traffic your bathroom gets and choose a material that balances cost, appearance, and upkeep.

Installing a bathroom vanity takes between three and six hours. Simple installations may be completed in under three hours, while more complex projects requiring adjustments or plumbing modifications can take up to six hours or more. The installation process includes assembling cabinets, placing the countertop, installing the sink if necessary, and connecting plumbing.
