"I hired JM Maintenance to remove my old wood fence and to raise the existing cinder block wall. Jose and his team did a great job! They were very respectful, professional, and friendly! I will definitely use them for any future projects!"

"We moved to Santa Fe from lush green northeast about a year ago. We looked at landscaping professionals on the net and found Summersweet, wanting to create a patch of green for our new house. Meeting Eric, we were struck by his certitude about the design of the garden and what would thrive in the Santa Fe climate. Eric's design of the garden and the execution of his concept was flawless. He created an oasis in the desert for us with flagstone courtyard and a water feature and a xeriscape in the backyard. Eric's crew were exemplary in implementing his ideation into a reality. They were professional and very easy to get along with. We highly recommend Summersweet landscaping for your projects. You will be delighted with the outcome."

Have used them many times and will continue to use them in the future! If you want it done right, there the guys for the job."

"I wanted to reduce water use and maintenance and to increase the options for my dogs, my family, my friends and me to enjoy my backyard. I had other issues, too. One dog ate rocks and drip system tubes. The other loved to dig. My sprinkler system had been there for over 35 years, and there were a number of other situations that needed to be addressed other than my need for everything to be color-coordinated and gorgeous. I spent the time and got a fist full of quotes, and Lifescapes was my final choice. WHAT A GREAT DECISION! Their designs displayed everything as it would really look, and allowed â what ifâ scenarios. You could see what the angle of shade at a certain time of day would be for a shade sail, how individual types of plants would look, how the path lighting would look in the night time, etc. This was much better than a diagram with inches and feet and symbols designated! You could change your ideas easily and see the end result quickly. The â letâ s make it happenâ mode was challenging for me because I was so ignorant about landscaping materials and components. I didnâ t know what stone or gravel I wanted or what color of cement, etc. They took me around to different sites which they and others had done, gave me catalogs specific to my design, and took me to different suppliers so that I could see what was available. When my decisions were made, then they were on it! They always arrived on time, communicated everything thoroughly and never â assumedâ what I wanted. Their workmanship was superb, and they used top quality materials. (My can-do-everything-brother-in-law vouched for this). They found solutions for problems I didnâ t even know I had. They took pains to make sure that everything was secure, everything cleaned up, everything barricaded from my dogs as things progressed, and were delightful human beings in the process. I got a good price, and I got full value and then some for what I spent. Every issue was addressed and I love the end result! I highly recommend Lifescapes. Chuck Henry and Jose Espinosa and their staff are great! Very satisfied Rio Rancho customer"

"Our experience with Milligan Scapes was great! We got estimates and while Milligan wasn't the cheapest, we felt very comfortable with Gary and the planned system. They came on a Tuesday and were finished on that Thursday. Both Tim and Franklin were exceptional workers and everything turned out great. I definitely recommend them for any type of work. We are going to have Milligan replace our driveway. So glad to have found a responsible company."

"They were great! They came on time, worked in a timely manner, and left the area clean and in great shape. Ernie and his crew were professional and personable. I plan to use them again."

"He was very professional and he was always on time. After each and every work day the job area was always left clean and safe due to me being pregnant at the time he made sure that if I were to be in the area it was a safe environment to avoid any potential accidents. He was very open to communication and to answer any questions or suggestions that I had."

"Josh gave the quote and Steve did the work. The project was to cut into the sheet rock in the back wall of the garage. This allowed me to park my truck straight in and still close the door. Steve did a great job! The wall looks great and he even helped me hang a tennis ball in the right place so I don’t pull in too far. Both Steve and Josh were a pleasure to work with."

"Our experience with Mountain Side Contractor s was fantastic. The communication and craftsmanship was top notch. The crews showed up on time and we couldn’t be happier. We look forward to hiring them again! Jon Ratliff"
