"I needed good quality blinds since Iâ m selling my home . Prices ranged in the thousands between companies . A big box membership store would refund me cash on a card to spend there but it seemed to be added onto the price they quoted me . So I would pay myself money that I spent with them so I could. Spend more money at thier store. . The owner joy was easy to work with . Knew the products off the top of her head . Her dad owned the company previously. Price was in range of where I wanted to be . She stayed in touch while we waited on blinds . Her installer was great . Professional and very good at his job . We had a glitch with a missing blind but they took care of it immediately . Mainly joy knew her stuff and didnâ t hard sell me . I wanted a stress free deal and I got that ."

"Pretty expensive and there was some miscommunication that didn't get resolved by the manager but the work is high quality. I paid $400 for a tint job for a small mazda3 sedan and $1,000 for paint protection that ended up only covering a foot off the hood. I was told the hood and the bumper would be $900 and if I paid $100 more I could get the deluxe package that covered the hood, bumper, fenders and mirrors. Turns out it's not the whole hood only a foot up and even parts of the bumper were missing and about 25% of the fenders are covered. I would need to spend more after it was already done to finish it and figure this place is just way too expensive compared to the competition. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future."

"Some of the worst service and product I have ever received. Drapes did not fit the windows after the roomsbeautiful "specialists" did their measurements. Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"

"They used to be very good at customer service and they've gone down a deep dark pit. I have a roller shade that was at one time covered under a lifetime warranty. Now, all of the sudden, it's not covered any longer. How does that happen? I guess their definition of lifetime is 1 year. They claim that certain aspects of the material are prone to deterioration, but how do they know what's happening when they didn't have the decency to investigate the matter? I tried to explain my side but they chose to ignore me. Amanda took two weeks to get back with me in the first place (after several calls and no return calls), and Jessica another week to send me an email after I questioned it (after several calls). I will report them to Costco who I purchased it through, but I have no other recourse. Oh, they are more than willing to help me...As long as I pay. Once they have your money, it's over. DO NOT USE THEM!!!"

"Not well at all. He had a young guy with him who did most of the work, with him yelling at him most of the time. One of the shelves was installed crooked. They dropped one of the cabinets and still installed it. He said he would replace that cabinet because it had damages. It took me calling him after weeks of not hearing from him and then a couple of weeks before he came out again with the replacement cabinet. He had another young guy with him. He installed the cabinet but the cabinet had rough edges and the doors have a gap between them. The quality of both cabinets was below par. They also chipped one of the shelves he had previously installed. He also did not bring the shelves that go with the cabinets and a bracket that he was going to install on one of the shelves. I was out of town and told him when I got back I would contact him. I contacted him earlier this week telling him I was very dissatisfied with the cabinets and wanted them replaced. I have yet to hear back from him. I had already paid him the second half owed him with him promising to get the job completed by replacing the damaged cabinet. I guess I have learned my lesson not to pay the balance until I am completely satisfied."
