They didn't have to re-do as much of the adjacent siding (that they had installed previously) as anticipated, and as a result lowered the cost from their upfront estimate. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. "I had five pairs of exterior shutters replaced. Two of the windows were blocked by several large bushes. Mark did a great job with no complaints. Mark was courteous and professional. He contacted me right away, came to measure the shutters and ordered them very quickly. Once the shutters arrived, he scheduled the installation and did a great job. My autistic daughter stayed outside with Mark the entire time talking to him. Mark was very kind and talked with her throughout the installation. He even thanked her for her assistance before he left. I plan on hiring Mark for future projects. I highly recommend Twin Oaks."

"We had a hail storm and shortly afterward Jim was at the house to talk to my wife about some work he was doing for her father. and Jim looked over our roof and recommended I contact my insurance company. I did and Jim made sure he was here when the insurance company's adjuster came so he could go over the damage with him. They worked out a fair price on the replacement and within a week, Jim's crew was here and finished the roof in two days. They removed all the old shingles and put on a whole new roof. They cleaned everything up and left no sign they had been here, other than a great new roof.

Another thing about Jim is that he always checks in to be sure you are happy with the materials and explains everything in advance so you know what to expect. When he replaced our porch last year, he visited the local Home Depot with us and helped us select all the materials, providing info on all the pros and cons of all our choices. He insists that all the work is done correctly and won't cut corners. The quality of their work is top notch."
