They were finally located and installed. The was a chip on one shutter and I had to ask if that was going to be repaired before the installer left. He did fix the chip, but I feel he should have seen it and repaired it without my asking. Overall the products is nice and I would use them again."

They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined.
