His samples were complete/we could see what we were buying, The pricing was outstanding. Chase told us exactly the cost and it was by far the most efficient and less expensive. He took measurements and confirmed measurements with his laser distance finder. The visit was followed by an email confirmation of the quote and expected day of installation. The shades were delivered, within the promised time, and we were called to confirm installation date and time. The day of the installation, Chase called to confirm that he would be to our home at the scheduled time and called again to give us a within 30 minute arrival time. Our custom window blinds and shades look great and Chase was an expert at figuring out exactly what will go with the aesthetic look of our home.
