They are so courteous and very professional and hard working to install each blinds and throughout the installation keeping me updated and informed. My gripe would be that the technician performed the service before my arrival to the site which I did specify in the correspondence I had with the company. Maybe there was miscommunication between the receptionist I spoke with and the technician in the field in relaying my wanting to be there before work was done. Nevertheless, the completed work by the technician was good, and I'd hire them again."
