"Service was excellent. BR blinds did not function properly. BB came out numerous times to try and make the blinds work and when they could not do so, they upgraded and replaced the blinds without charging me. Although it took 12 months to get it right, BB's service was amazing and everybody was incredibly helpful. It's rare to see service like I received from BB."
