BB came out numerous times to try and make the blinds work and when they could not do so, they upgraded and replaced the blinds without charging me. Although it took 12 months to get it right, BB's service was amazing and everybody was incredibly helpful. It's rare to see service like I received from BB."

After watching our job, the neighbor across the street has hired them for a complete stucco job and also new windows. "The designers were very nice.  However, they only recommended/carried a litmit number of suppliers - few of which were in Indy.  The suppliers they carreid were also very expensive.  Even though I sent pictures, I found that I needed a designer that could come to the house and help find local suppliers for paints and material."

After Mark left I changed my mind on what type film would go on what window and Mark quickly made the changes. On the day of installation, I was notified that the installation crew would be arriving later than planned, but they arrived only a bit later than originally planned. The crew was very professional, efficient, and very friendly. The installation crew were constantly cleaning up after themselves and left the window areas extremely clean. I was super pleased with this company and and their installation crew.
