Then they came to look at the work needed and once more I had to reach out a couple weeks later to finally get the price and schedule the work. I believe the owner stays personally involved in the jobs (which is good) and that's the reason. My advice: if you experience something similar just be proactive but don't let that prevent you from hiring this company. The highest quality work, fair pricing and a "good guy" owner who delivered."
