Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. "This builder was the best contracted service that we ever got.
We had put in for a permit to install a "retractable awning" over our deck and were very disappointed when it was turned down by the Planning committee. Little did we know then that that was the best thing that could have happened.
We then learned that we could put up a permanent roof over the deck,  We went to "Angies list" and read the reviews of the various contractors and once that was done, we contacted Marshall Painter of Great American Log Homes  and he came the same day and looked at the project and brought us a drawing and a price the next day.
Actually his price was not that much more for a permanent roof than what other companies wanted for a "roll out awning", and it was custom built to fit and match the deck.
The work was professional, on time, and the price was very reasonable .
We are very pleased with the way it turned out, and feel lucky to have chosen the right man for the job.
Not only is Marshall an excellent and honest builder, he turned out to be a wonderful friend too.

No one showed or bothered to call. I went through some difficulty tracking them down and was told to leave a message. Got no call back until I called an Angie's List rep. Then I got an appointment for the following week. The two workers did an excellent job.
