I called them, and they came back out to complete the cleanup. Additionally, they cut my internet cable. It took almost 3 weeks to get this resolved. The sales person did not explain to me that they would cut cables and I would be responsible for having the cable company to reconnect, and Omega would reimburse me for the charges."

"The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."
