"Fox Trail Electric provided us with excellent professional diagnostics and service. Our pool pump disconnect blew when we opened our pool, and we contacted three companies for repair estimates. Not only was Fox Trail the best estimate, Brendan and Moses very quickly found the source of the problems that the other two companies missed; this gave us immediate confidence in their capabilities. They arrived just before the appointment time for the repair and quickly got to work. They encountered and diagnosed a quirk with the pool equipment being wired from separate meter services (main house and outbuilding) and installed the correct GFCI breaker for the wiring to the pool heater, which our home warranty company failed to resolve. They installed a mounting post and weather-resistant timer and disconnect for the pool pump and organized and buried the previously messy, tangled, above-ground equipment ground wires that are no longer a tripping hazard. Brendan and Moses worked very well together and were very neat - nothing out of place when they left. Top-notch problem-solving, and we will be calling them again for other work. "The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

He took it upon himself to reach out to the building manager and tenant to make sure electric was off during the work and my tenant was comfortable. There was a slight hiccup when it was realized that the new panel needed to be moved. Shah took the executive decision to wait a few more days to consult with me on the new placement and the aesthetic of the box. I appreciated that a lot. They were able to move it to the dining room wall but build a molding around it so it came out looking really nice! They fixed the drywall and painted too. I didn’t have to do anything. Shah saved the day and made everything look nice. There was no damage to my property and everything was cleaned. Prices were reasonable and the job was done professionally and aesthetically pleasing.
