During the removal of our old roof, and the installation of the new one, Pond Field Supervisors Juan Lemus and Robert Kern were on call to supervise, troubleshoot, and ensure the crew had what they needed, when they needed it, to complete the work. And the crew who did the actual work - I cannot say enough good things about them! Seven guys who worked liked beavers for two 12-hour days to get the job done and done right. "The roof was replaced in a day and the gutters the next. The crew was in and out and all the interactions we had were pleasant on professional. We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof. Everything went mostly according to plan other than needing to shift schedule due to weather. I would recommend their services to anyone."

Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."
