"Avoid at all costs. 1st Order From the very start it was like i was sold snake oil. It took over 4 months to even get the company to properly agree on the parts and pieces of my order. This was for a complete replacement of all my doors and balcony entry. From here we started seeing the problems. Poor coordination, communication and we saw techs putting notes in our ticket being dishonest. Example is they stated they came onsite and we refused them for a checkup and I showed them my ring logs for the entire day. This gave them an excuse to sit on the order for days on end until we called to find out what was going on. 2nd Delivery Parts were delivered without even a courtesy call to inform us when it was arriving and how to facilitate the space for the hardware. We had to yet again call back to get details. Again operaters placed notes in our ticket making it seem like they were attempting to get ahold of us. 3rd Installation Not all the parts arrived. We did not know this until ins"

Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

Discovered water coming in and eventually rotting the wallboard, studs, etc. Had to replace entire wall. Called them about the issue, they sent a rep. He said it was the chimney's fault, it was leaking. Not so, opened the wall and ceiling and had another roofer come spray water on the chimney, nothing, no leak. Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then. Had recommended to a friend, never gain, he also had a bad experience. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND A COMPANY HAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK."
