"Dale and the Grout Masters crew did an awesome job replacing a dozen broken porcelain tiles in our kitchen. Dale was prompt in providing a very reasonable quote, communicated well, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Our original kitchen contractor had not properly adhered the tiles to the underlayment. Grout Masters replaced the broken tiles, painstakingly stabilized all of the other loose tiles, perfectly matched the existing grout, and cleaned and sealed the grout in the entire kitchen. This time, we are confident that the work will last! We are now considering Dale and tear for our bathroom remodeling tile work. Highly recommend!"

"Roger’s tile did a superb job on our home. We have a large kitchen area (650 sqft.) with commercial grade appliances. The sub floor had sagged and needed to be reinforced with a layer of Durrock. All the doors, entryways and appliances required adjustment to fit the heightened floor, and the island had to be tiled around because it could not be moved. The stove hardware hooking up the gas was not to code, and was replaced. Several companies did not want to take on the project, but Roger and his group of workers took on the task and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend their services. Trustworthy, hardworking and stayed on schedule. Project spanned over a three-week timeframe. Pricing and payment plan was reasonable and fair."

Every member of the crew TLG brought in to the do the work was a consummate professional did a fantastic job, from the painters and tile guys to the electrician and plumbers. They completely gutted the bathroom (approx. 12? x 6?) on a Monday and were finished by Friday afternoon. Any little hiccups along the way, and in any project there will be a few, were dealt with quickly and professionally and never impacted the schedule in a significant way.

"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."
