Hello, My name is Tramp. I have been a millwright since I was 17 for companies such as G.E., N.A.E.S., A.E.P. and more. I now work full time for Lockheed Martin as a systems integration mechanic. So this is a side hustle for me but a serious one.\n1) I will not charge you a dime if I cant figure something out and I will keep doing the job over till its correct and your happy.\n2) I believe in "pride in my work"so I will do job to best of my ability.\n3) If I disassemble something I will suggest replacing things like seals and such if applicable. The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.
