"The technician, Chris, called ahead as I was told he would do by the main office.  He was very nice and professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the fuse.  The whole thing took about 30 minutes, maybe less.  Central Appliance Service was actually the 3rd provider I called due to a couple of poor reviews on Angie's List.  I usually use another repair service, but they were out on vacation for the week.
