"Overall excellent work. Was an hour and a half late from scheduled appointment. But only took an hour and a half to do the work. Changed 2 shower heads (I purchased), installed a hot water drain hose, and replaced 2 spigots for me. On the pricey side. $730. With over $200 being in parts for the two spigots, the hose, and the copper for the new stem for one of the spigots. Dude does have 30 years of experience and is a licensed pro, so the price point isn't too surprising. Overal, I'm happy with the work done. "

He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. The switch was full of ants and they cleaned it out and worked with me on how to prevent that from happening again. I really appreciated them. They gave up part of a holiday to ensure I was satisfied. Very good work. <br /> I did have to wait in line for the initial fix but I had not been using the well so that was the proper priority. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
