"They did good work and are not the cheapest people in town. I had previously spent over $5,000 with this company and I had rodents that chewed up some ductwork. I called them about the issue and they came out to write up the estimate and charged me a $100 service call just to write up the estimate. I thought that should have been a free call since I was an existing customer; it was like they did not recognize or reward loyalty. That is my only complaint; other than that they did good work. I made it clear that I was unhappy but no one called to apologize."

My stepmother has been ill in Alexandria and was not able to organize replacing 2 window air conditioning units. From SA, I was able to purchase 2 window units at the Alexandria Home Depot, but it was proving very difficult to find someone to install them. I finally called Michael's, who said they could install them that day, likely towards the end of the day as they had a busy day planned. I was so surprised to get a call from my stepmother about noon to say that they were all finished! She said the men were very nice and efficient and did an excellent job. They also hauled away the old units. Very professional. I even asked them to surprise her with a 3rd unit (that she would not splurge on) which they will do this week as well. Highly recommend this company."
