"Could have/should have done a better job of replacing all the dirt dug from the hole next to the foundation."

"Chris and the team at QBS completed a basement drainage system project for us that included demo along the perimeter of our basement walls and installation of a new sump pump. The work was completed in an extremely efficient fashion in just 5 days. Throughout the entire process, the team at QBS was kind, hard-working and polite. They were very mindful of the impact to our home and took extreme care to ensure everything went as planned. Chris was a pleasure to meet during the estimating process and I got the sense that he really cared about the customer and was both passionate and dedicated to securing the business. That went a long way with us and made the difference when comparing quotes from other companies. I strongly recommend QBS for project work and look forward to seeing their business grow in the immediate future."

"Professional, concerned and regular communication. I had the entire foundation waterproofed and new drain tile installed. Crew was polite and offered suggestions to improve final re-grade. Completed projected timely after several weather delays."

"In the midst of all the chaos the past couple days with all the rain they made it out to our house within a couple hours of contact.. worked until after midnight (8hrs) trying to get our basement drained and our sump pump working properly. Still only charged us what he quoted me for although I'm sure the job was more than he thought, the most expense was the new pump and installation but still. They left some equipment with us incase it got worse over night and checked back in the morning. Picked up another job next door during working on ours and got us both settled up from our flooding. Seems like a great couple guys, definitely hard working."

"The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund."

"Quality basement solutions continues to provide great services at affordable rates. The professionalism and skill that they bring to the table is unmatched. I worked specifically with Chris, who walked me through each step of the process in intimate detail. QBS truly went above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible!"

"I am amazed at The quality of their customer service. Before I became disabled, I was employed at the hospital for 28 years and I know how hard-working with the public can be. I really need to give a hats off and a pat on the back to (midstate Basement) systems they came in and did work on my basement and had to come back and adjust some things… Not one time did they roll their eyes or give me a hard way to go about it. Levi ,Judd, Ernest, Jonathan & Adrian were very friendly, courteous & Ernest, Levi and Judd always answered any question I give them and was quick to be of help and to get me scheduled in I would highly recommend Midstate Basements systems to anybody that needs any kind of basement or crawlspace work done. I had my basement done and I’m gonna have to have my crawlspace done in the future and they will definitely be the company I contact. You can’t go wrong by hiring them. Fast, friendly service, each and every time."

"I used Basement Armor (Dave) to install a new sump pump system in my basement. He did excellent work, and provided excellent service. To accomidate my schedule, he did the work on a Saturday, the same week I called him. Due to quality work and excellent service, I had him do more work, including replacing all shutoff valves in the house. Same as before, he accommodated my schedule, and helped on a weekend. He also spotted a gas leak in the basement for me, and fixed as well. You could find cheaper, but not with the same quality of work, or customer service."

"This is what I posted on my neighborhood Facebook page: "If you’re looking for a landscape company, we HIGHLY recommend ANDERS LAWN & LANDSCAPE. We had a large strip of ongoing pooling of water along the side and back of our yard, the grade in our yard was not draining the water to the sewer as it should. Knowing it would require a lot of dirt to build up and drain properly, as well as grass seed, we put out requests for quotes. Chad with Anders was the first to call and promptly came out that day. After receiving several estimates, we went with Anders. They were professional, on time and took pride in their work. Chad continued communication, which is key with me, before and even after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.""

"ClearOut Co. Top-Notch 5 Stars I would hire this company again."
