"Really great experience! Highlights being the price was incredibly reasonable, the workers were respectful, and Timur worked with my schedule. I own a town house built in the 1970's and often feel intimidated by vendors that are used to working on McMansions. I've had vendors come and quote me ridiculously too high or not come by at all once they hear the square footage, or just seem bored and totally OK with me not hiring them. That was not my experience with Timur Construction at all. They removed my old shabby ceiling and replaced with new drywall and painted. Along with that they demo'ed and patched a closet I no longer wanted, and installed multiple recess lights. The room looks like new!"

"We contracted RCL Remodeling to assist with some drywall repairs in our DC townhome last month and were extremely pleased with their professional and thorough approach to their work. The two-man crew that worked on our unit did a fantastic job and were extremely communicative both before and during the repairs. We will definitely hire RCL Remodeling again should we need any additional work done on our house."

"I recently hired Moyses from Nicolle Paint for some drywall patching and painting, and I couldn't be happier with the results! He responded to my request very quickly and provided a clear, reasonable quote for the work. Moyses was very considerate of my home. He took great care to protect all my belongings and flooring and did a fantastic job of cleaning up when the work was done. Not only did he complete the job on time, but the quality of both the drywall patching and the painting was excellent. For anyone needing drywall or painting services, I would highly recommend Moyses and Nicolle Paint."

"Hired after receiving good offer for full replacement of drywall. They came in next day, removed the drywall, cleaned any mold, and put in new drywall. They then finished the Sheetrock layering. All in one day. Great work and fast."

"Rafael and Guido are a father and son team that are communicative, easy to work with and responsive. They gave me a quote and started within two days of me accepting. They planned for 4-6 days of work (drywall, tape, mud, skim coat, and priming) and finished in 4. Given the quality of the framing they had to work with everything came out great. Iâ ll hire them again when I need more drywall work done. Unlike others they didnâ t come into my neighborhood and see big money people and bid based on that - they bid a fair price for the job in todays market."

"We used Sam to fully remodel our master bathroom and do some cosmetic work in our guest bathroom. We took down walls and started completely from scratch. Sam did all of the demolition, prep work, plumbing, electrical and installed some very intricate marble mosaic tile, for us on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower. Sam is punctual, responsive and extremely knowledgable about his craft. His men do incredible work when it comes to the finishes and he keeps a very clean workspace. All along the process Sam was present at the job and addressed any minor issues we had along the way immediately. You will not find any better bang for your buck in this area. I highly recommend him and we just hired him again to do even more work in our home."

"The job was done as discussed during the walk around. The masonry repair work was excellent and the exterior painting is great."

"Excellent service, professionalism and staff. Great price that they stuck to, no add ons and no shortcuts, did exactly what they bid! Perfect job, will have them back again for our next job, highly recommend this contractor for drywall installation!"

"This company is very professional. We had utilized their services to paint and drywall repair our two lower two floors of our three floor townhouse. They completed the job and found their work to be exemplary. We called them on short notice to paint our third floor bedrooms and bathrooms. They came within two days and completed that job within four full days, including a weekend day. The crew was very efficient, quiet, and cleaned up every night. Claudio and his crew were timely and friendly. They had great attention to the detail work and we would hire them again and would highly recommend them to others."

"Had a closet door installed. They did a great job and were extremely communicative throughout, including helping us decide what to install. Closet door looks great. Thanks so much!"
