"Mr. TK Kim promptly and readily responded with every inquiry of mine. Mr. John Lee, project manager, came out on the same day I requested a quote, did thorough inspections, and answered all of my questions. I received their estimates a few days later, which were very reasonable. Mr. Kim scheduled his crew to come out and do the job a few days later. The crew showed up as scheduled, installed gutters, gutter screens, and dropouts on the entire house, replaced a rotted fascia board, and install aluminum capping on the new fascia board in about an hour and half. Although there was a misunderstanding on both sides about the scope of work, Mr Kim was understanding and reasonable and offered me additional discounts. It was a pleasure to work with them.
