"Sam responded immediately on a Saturday to my request for service to install an over-the-range microwave that Home Depot's installers delivered but would not install due to not having the correct tools to deal with my kitchen's plaster walls. My old microwave was sitting on my kitchen floor and my new microwave was still in its box. Sam came to the rescue, even though he wasn't officially working on the Saturday in question. Two hours later the new microwave was installed and working perfectly. Sam was very meticulous about his work, which I appreciate. "Service was prompt and quick. We were a little dismayed that an invoice was not immediately provided and I had to callback to ask for it. Also, we had expected soldered copper pipe and found a Franco type installation. We would have been happier to have received an estimate for copper pipe repair and an explanation of the Franco type installation before work began. Bottom line: this was Thanks giving week and other plumbers we have used before did not evendors return our calls. This emergency work was very quick and well priced, so we were happy overall."

The estimates provided were very accurate and detailed. It was so affordable that I only ended up using a slight proportion of my extra savings. They weren't the cheapest option though. Another thing I want to point out is the way that the My Kitchen and Bath team thoroughly cleans the work area once they are done with the construction. I was thoroughly impressed by this. They wiped everything down after they complete the project. I am so glad that I hired this team for this project and I recommend everyone in the area can contract their services too."
