His polite, professional team showed up On Time Every Day and they finished the project one day earlier than expected, despite some supply chain hiccups outside of their control. "We hired Joe to replace our deck. To give an idea about the overall size of the job, it was about $6000. Joe and his associate did a great job replacing all the boards and building new railing on one of the sides that did not have it. They are knowledgeable about they do and their conduct throughout the job was professional. Joe was particularly good in terms of communication and accommodated all our requests (e.g. we wanted to use grade #1 lumber and screws instead of nails). They finished the job in a timely manner, working every days as weather permitted. We highly recommend Joe."

"We just completed a full master bathroom renovation with Century Bathrooms and Kitchens and are thrilled with the outcome, and love our new bath. Working with Daniel and Erika really set Century apart from other contractors, and in meeting and discussing our project with them it was that sense of trust that helped us select them over other proposals. They communicated with us before the project began and throughout, until it was completed. There was no detail too small or request that they did not work to meet. Not having completed a large project like this before, we relied heavily on their design guidance and experience to arrive at the final specifications, and we’re glad we did. The crew was also outstanding. From protecting our home with floor and furniture coverings, and barriers around the outside of the bathroom, to cleaning up after each day, it made the whole project easy to deal with. "We used the owner to build a fence around our large backyard before and since we were so satisfied with his and his team's work, it was a natural choice for us to have him build our deck as well. Caleb, Mike and team were as expected very easy to communicate with, punctual and open in communication, always accessible to us for questions and of course they did an outstanding job building our new structure! We have received many, many compliments from everybody passing by on our new deck. The team build the upper deck as a free standing deck according to code, they added engineered wood decking, railing and the stairs going down. They also removed our dining room window and replaced it with a French door. We have a brick exterior which made it a bit more challenging to replace our window but Mike and team had no issue completing 90% of the demolition and door install within one day, leaving us with a closed off house at the end of the day. All dry wall work inside the house, including fixing the floors inside the house was completed by the team in a very professional manner. An external dry wall gut was hired to ensure quality and rapid work. The team also did not hesitate to complete a small change in the middle of the project with no hassle and at no extra cost. The team was very accommodative to any sort of feedback or requests. The project was completed within the timeframe promised (2 weeks). The materials used are of high quality. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of this project and will not hesitate to call Better Build Northwest again for our future projects! His response is quick and timely. I would recommend him for any type of home remodeling. He did all drywall, plumbing, Electrical, roofing, painting, flooring, you name it. His work is clean and as promised. He has done multiple projects for me. He is my go to guy. I would recommend him without any reservations. I usually do my own handyman work, but now I found him I stored my tools away."

"Excellent experience. Steve Smith responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He showed up on time and walked me thru all my options. Once I selected the size and style for the shed I wanted, Steve placed me on the calendar. The contract showed up a few days prior to the start of work. After some minor adjustments to the contract which were made quickly, the work began on the day promised. Steve told me that the work would take two days to complete. At the end of the second day, the work was completed as promised and the work site was cleaned up and restored. The quality of the shed is excellent, and although a little more expensive that a pre-built model from a home improvement store, having it built on-site had much less impact on my landscaping. Overall, a great experience."
