"The company misdiagnosed the problem, over my objections that I had another diagnosis I had received. They installed new parts that did not fix the problem and then told me I needed to implement the solutions I had previously told them about. I had to force the repairman to uninstall the parts he brought. The part I needed is available on Amazon for about $150.00. They wanted me to pay $900 plus the cost of the additional part. "
