"Technician arrived at appointed time and isolated the problem in 5 minutes. He explained the problem and the solution, then gave a quote on the repair cost and time needed to fix the dryer. 10 minutes later he was finished and our dryer was working like new. Courteous and professional service technician. Very knowledgeable and easygoing. We highly recommend this company for appliance repair."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Our dryer is repaired. Very pleased with this service. Would highly recommend!"

"After finding Sarah's here on HomeAdvisor, I had her repair my broken upper wall oven and freezer drawer that wouldn't stay closed. Not only is Sarah very talented and capable of fixing just about anything, she's such an honest, kind and genuinely nice person. And, Sarah's does not charge a travel fee to come here to Placitas, like just about every other repair company does. I am so glad that I've found a repair company that I can trust to do good work at a fair price. I recommend them unconditionally 110%"

"Perfect. The maintenance man was very knowledge and reliable. Got my washer working in no time."

"Leland did a great job.  He warned me ahead of time that I would possibly be without water for 1 night, which did occur.  I was concerned about the dirt and dust from the jack hammer and digging, but he somehow managed to keep everything neat and well-swept.  He has done work for me several times, and is always punctual, and usually his final bill is below his estimate.  He and his crew are always polite and friendly.  The day he was replacing the main pipe into the house it was very cold and windy; when he called me at work with an update his teeth were chattering it was so cold --- I asked him why he didn't go inside the house to warm up and he said it was because he didn't want to get any dirt inside my house.  I would definitely use his services again because he does a thorough job, well beyond the minimum requirements."

"had called 3 or 4 vendors getting prices sent kevin photo gave me a good price and said he could come over same day and see what problem was and verify. "The problem was not replacing the washers but removing the faucet from it's mount or I would have done the job myself.  The plumber also had considerable difficulty in removing the faucet and had to get a special tool to get the job done.  I was pleased with his work and attitude and would use his services again.

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"Very pleased with the service I received. They moved me from my 4 bedroom house into my 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor! Very professional, even wrapped the tvs and dressers so nothing would scratch. I would definitely use them again!"
